IT projects may appear to be the same in a way that they have a beginning and an end. At a closer look, IT Projects are composed of interdependence of project technical performance, cost, and duration with inherent risks during project implementation. Hence, Project Risk Management (PRM) must be looked upon as part of organization’s operational concern as this requires gaining support and strategic thinking from top management. In successfully implementing IT Projects, this course is designed to provide the participants a clear understanding of project’s attributes, the environment in which it is delivered and its related risks.
