Beyond understanding the provisions of the Data Privacy Act (DPA) or RA 10173, the main objective of this training workshop course is to provide a more realistic and comprehensive approach on how Top Management, Data Protection Officers, and even other senior officers, would strategize to contain, if not eliminate, the risks related to data breaches and to protect their information and communications systems from possible security threats. The participants shall also learn why DPA compliance is more than knowing the provisions of the DPA so that they can examine their potentials and limitations to come up with corresponding effective solutions in their respective organizations, or even in their individuals’ everyday life.
